Pivot analytics straight on your accounting data
Analyze invoices and transactions like a pivot table: drag fields into rows, columns, values and filters, bucket dates from day to year, and switch to bar or line charts with one click. Every analysis is a shareable link, can be saved as a team template and pinned to the dashboard as a live KPI — including previous-period and previous-year comparisons.
Shape exports like in Excel — right in your browser
Open invoices or transactions in a real spreadsheet workspace: around 55 Excel functions, calculated columns, grouping with subtotals and joined tables — on up to 100,000 rows. Booking automation with WHEN → THEN rules

Create an invoice from a sentence

It reads your existing records for the template, fills every field and hands you a proposal card. You review and apply; nothing is written until you do.
Confirm a match from ranked candidates
Ask it to reconcile an open invoice and the assistant ranks the likeliest payments by confidence — the exact-amount hit on top, weaker candidates below. It proposes the match; you confirm the right one. The reconciliation is only booked once you apply it.
Run month-end as a guided procedure
“Is March ready to close?” runs a multi-step skill: it checks unmatched items, invoice gaps and VAT, completing each step in view and summarising what is left to clear. The assistant does the legwork; you stay in control of when to proceed.
Set up an integration — credentials stay in the secure UI
Ask it to connect a portal and the assistant prepares the whole account setup. When a provider needs credentials, Apply opens the secure form to enter them — the assistant never sees, handles or stores your secrets. You confirm each action, and the assistant works in any language.
E-invoicing built in: XRechnung, ZUGFeRD & UBL
Import XRechnung XML and ZUGFeRD PDFs — the embedded invoice data is taken over 1:1, no AI guessing, with EN 16931 hints for review. In the other direction, KudTax generates XRechnung, ZUGFeRD or UBL for any invoice. And for paper receipts, OCR and AI extraction handle the rest.

Does KudTax post automatically?
Yes. The AI matches transactions, invoices and receipts; clear matches can be processed automatically, unclear cases stay for review. Receipts are read with OCR, coded and posted, and you set booking rules on the IF → THEN principle.
What does the AI copilot do?
It answers questions about your data, builds complete analyses and reports, checks your booking rules and suggests corrections, and helps you prepare for a tax audit. It creates invoices, rules and exports with you and guides you through the month-end close step by step. It works in every language, and you confirm data changes beforehand.
How does the data get to my accountant?
KudTax creates DATEV EXTF booking batches as files; you or your accountant review them and import them into DATEV. It is a file export, not a direct DATEV interface. Lexware Office and sevdesk are connected as well.
What does KudTax cost?
There is one plan with every feature. The price depends on your monthly order volume, and KudTax is free up to 25 orders a month. You can try KudTax free for one month.
Does KudTax replace my accountant?
