Yes. An advisor with access to a client can take over that client's billing directly in KudTax, so the subscription runs through the advisor's account – a common setup when the firm also manages the mandate commercially.

Yes. The current owner can initiate an ownership transfer by email – for example during a handover to a successor or to the advisory firm. The transfer takes effect only once the recipient accepts it and can be cancelled while it is pending.
