Alzura accounting with file import
Import files from Alzura into KudTax and prepare the data they contain for reconciliation and accounting. You start the import by uploading a file.
ALZURA runs trading platforms for the automotive aftermarket — tyres, parts, workshop supplies. The range brings a peculiarity you rarely meet elsewhere: disposal and old-part charges are levied on tyres and certain parts, and in accounting terms those are not the same thing as the product price.

What to watch for with Alzura
Disposal charges are part of the consideration
Disposal contributions charged to the customer form part of the taxable base and take the rate of the goods, as long as they are not collected as a pass-through item for a third party. Treated as an exempt surcharge, VAT is missing on every tyre sold.
Old-part deposits come back
Where an old-part deposit is taken and refunded on return, two transactions arise months apart. Without a link the refund stands as an unattached expense, and the sales month's turnover stays permanently overstated.
