What to watch for with eBay
Payout and sale come apart
eBay pays out in batches, often several days after the sale and net of every fee. Without the transaction report a lump transfer cannot be broken back down into its orders, and reconciliation ends in a summary entry with nothing behind it.
Case outcomes are not plain refunds
