PlentyONE + KudTax
Automate daily Z-report bookkeeping for PlentyONE – reconcile cash sales, card payments, tips and daily totals into DATEV entries.
PlentyONE joins online retail and the shop till in one system, and that mix is exactly what makes the bookkeeping demanding. Till turnover falls under different record-keeping duties than online sales, cash and card have to be kept apart, and the daily close is a document in its own right. The import keeps the two worlds separate instead of melting them into one revenue figure.

What to watch for with PlentyONE
Till and online shop are recorded separately
Cash till turnover falls under individual-record and till-security rules that online sales do not. Merged into one revenue position, the till records can no longer be evidenced after the fact — and that is the first thing a till inspection looks at.
The daily closing is the document
Without the daily closing there is no evidence that the cash on hand and the booked turnover agree. It belongs attached to the entry as a document, not filed as a printout with no link to anything.
