What to watch for with weclapp
Number ranges must not have gaps
Run invoices from the ERP and from a marketplace tool in parallel and two ranges appear easily, or gaps in one. Both need explaining under GoBD, and the explanation gets considerably harder years later than the decision does today.
The ERP knows the invoice, not the fee
Marketplace commission and payment charges arise outside the ERP and do not appear in the document export. Without them gross profit looks appreciably better than it is — consistently so, which makes the distortion harder to spot.
